This is a super detailed, like I mean its 17 pages….. to help you figure out and realize the way you want to birth, who you want with you, and the space to envision the birth of your dreams - even though birth does not go as planned.. you can still manifest parts of the beauty of it! I truly believe that!

Okay… to download it - all you have to do is go here! You will fill out a short form and receive and email within 24 hours with the workbook. You are welcome to print it off or use it online. I put a lot of space for you to write and work out what you want, and prompts for you to look into, but honestly. What you should do is trust what you want, believe you can do it, and surround yourself with support.

In my opinion.. birth is a surrender of the death of who you were, and the birth of who you are becoming while also being the birth of your baby… which is starting to feel like its a birth of your love into this world - i feel like that is a whole other discussion for a whole other time.

I honestly created a version of this last year… but this is 10000% better, with more insight, space, and love. I wanted to create one with all the local amazingness here, but in all honesty I want all moms all over to be able to use it, so I left out all the amazing birth workers — but literally… every single category of the birth work, postpartum, or even pregnancy… they are truly helpful - I definitely recommend chiropractic for hip/low back stuff… I also recently tried acupuncture .. that shit is amazing! I spoke with the acupuncturist who was assisting me, and she was the sweetest human. I loved learning how acupuncture helps, and oh em geeee!
