HONESTLY… I HAVE NO IDEA.

These two are pretty sick of me following them around with my camera. I have not heard anything specific regarding photographers. Its been hard not being able to support mama or really even truly book many sessions/births. What I do know is that sessions will not look the same. I know that for my clients that want me to keep socially distant I will. I will wear a mask if you want me to wear a mask… but honestly I hate the whole mask thing. It is easy enough for myself and almost all other photographers to stay a fair distance away. I will hug my clients that want to hug, I will be respectful of your wishes as my client, but in life HUMAN CONNECTION IS NEEDED!

In my talks with mamas, I hear the need of still having their births and all these moments photographed, and THEY SHOULD BE! I feel like if a mama feels like she wants her birth photographed then she should be able to. HUMAN CONNECTION is what LIFE IS ABOUT! We thrive on it.

A few years ago I read something about how if kids have 12+ hugs a day from their parents they will thrive more in life. Again because HUMAN CONNECTION IS KEY!

I am going to keep respecting what the Governor has said, and it hasn’t been released that we can officially take on sessions… but if you look deeper you can’t find anything of him telling photographers to not work - but doesn’t that look differently for studio photographers verse outdoor photographers, and what about photographers that have been doing the social distancing photo shoots… I am so confused on all of this, and dont want to get into trouble, but I am dying to create.

So what is happening, is I AM TAKING ON VIRTUAL PHOTOSHOOTS!

EMPOWERED VIRTUAL PHOTOSHOOTS IS WHAT THEY ARE!

These will be done via Zoom or Facetime, about 30ish minutes in time, the biggest key is making sure you have a good internet connection - you dont want blurry photos! Also, you can have someone hold your phone/computer or you can find a way to have to steady. You will get dressed in what makes you FEEL LIKE THE FUCKING BOMB.COM, and we will chat, and shoot. Its so much fun! ❤❤ These few below are of a sweet mama that I know, who IS AMAZING! We met once and there is a connection, a sisterhood. Its really beautiful and am so grateful - so hey - you DONT HAVE TO LIVE NEAR ME TO HAVE A SESSION WITH ME! After the session, I will edit within 1 week, and I will share them with you via your own downloadable file of all the edited images. These are super reasonable, because well.. we are all in quarantine, and most of us are just living paycheck to paycheck. ❤❤ So the cost one of these sessions is $44 - These are for you, the nursing mama, the tired mama, the pregnant mama, the no kids yet woman, the woman who has been shy or feels weird in front of the camera. ITS FOR ALL OF US, because we are truly REMARKABLE!
